SEAPCI'S ROLE


SEAPCI will provide all the services necessary to enable the employer to recruit and choose the best talents.

SEAPCI's services cover the following:

      1.2 Obtaining permits required by Philippine law and the POEA

      3.1 Monitoring the process and ensuring timely document submission
      3.2 Facilitating communication between employer and candidates
      3.3 Preparing hired employees for US Embassy interview
    4. Professional Licensure Processing
      4.1 Monitoring the process and ensuring timely document submission
      4.2 Assisting applicants to pass the required licensure exams (i.e. enrolling in review schools, assistance in obtaining the Authority to Test (ATT), etc.)
    5. Deployment
      5.1 Conducting orientation briefing to manage expectations of accepted applicants
      5.2 Helping applicants in obtaining government clearances
      5.3 Booking and facilitating airline arrangements

All functions pertaining to Recruiting in the Philippines as well as the Departure Process of recruited employees who have passed through all required processes are handled by SEAPCI. Furthermore, candidates can call SEAPCI anytime for their questions, requests or clarifications. Hence, SEAPCI serves as a “call center”.
